Crokinole or Carrom-type games are often referred to as Pichenotte in French, meaning "flick". Pichenotte derives from the European French word pichenette (French: [piʃnɛt]), meaning 'flick'. Pichenotte discs are unique in that they either have a concave side and a flat side or both sides are flat. These discs are flat and have a hole in the middle, making them lighter and easier to flick.

Large Pinnochi Rings:

• Rings are 1 1/4" diameter x 3/8" thick (3.2cm x 0.9cm)
• For pinnochi (English) / pichenotte (French) board game
• For tournament carrom boards and NCA Standard crokinole boards with a playing surface of 26" in diameter or more
• For crokinole boards with a 20 hole that is 1 3/8" (3.5cm)

Small Pinnochi Rings:

• Rings are 1 1/8" diameter x 3/8" thick (2.9cm wide x 0.9cm thick)

• For carrom boards and smaller octagonal crokinole boards with a playing surface up to 24" in diameter
